Authentication And Authorized Data Access

User authenticates with the 3rd party provider such as Google account. Upon authentication, user allows the application:

  1. Associate user with personal info on Google
  2. See user's personal info, including any personal info user made publicly available
  3. View user's email address

Email address and other credentials of authenticated user, are encrypted and stored in the database of the application, within infrastructure of Google. This can be used to restrict or fully block the service for a particular user in case of the breach of the terms of use. User's authentication credentials can be deleted upon the request.

  3. No Data Storage: We do not store raw data from your marketing platforms in our databases. The only data we retain are the audit reports you generate, which are stored securely in Google Cloud Storage.

For each platform, we access only the necessary metrics and data points required to generate your audit reports. This typically includes:

Google Cloud Storage

We utilize Google Cloud Storage (European region) for storing user-generated audit reports. Here's how we handle your data:

  1. Report Storage: Only the final audit reports you generate are stored, which may be in PDF, PowerPoint, or Google Slides format.
  2. Access Control: Reports are stored with strict access controls, ensuring that only you and users you explicitly grant access to can view your audit reports.
  3. Data Location: All stored data is kept in European data centers, complying with EU data protection regulations.
  4. Data Retention: Audit reports are retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete your reports at any time through our application.
  5. Editor Access: For Google Slides format reports, you are granted editor access to allow customization of your audit presentations.

Your audit reports are protected by:

  • Encryption at rest and in transit
  • Secure access controls using Google Cloud IAM

User Consent Process
